1. This site is 37 Katha abutting on a 13 mtrs. Wide metalled P.W.D. Road on the South side with a 7 mtrs wide Road on the East side.

2. It is located within 2 Km of the EM Bypass connecting the Airport, New City Centre and District Headquarters at Baruipur.

3. Sonarpur railway station as well as the underground metro within 2 Km of the site. The site is also well connected with public transport system.

4. The structure is a Ground +4 storied RCC framed building having a total built-up area of 57,000 sq. ft. approximately.

5. The project has car parking space for 50 cars, 3 phase Electrical Power connection with back-up emergency power through standby generators, while potable water supplied through deep tube-wells with water filtration system.
